Personal Pet Care

We’re different in that our small team of caring pet professionals will care for your animals personally. We only take on a handful of pets at any one time so your dog, cat, or other animals will receive the level of care they deserve.

We can come to your house and take your dog for a walk, or look after other pets at your home while you’re away, or you can bring your pets to stay overnight at our home while you’re on holidays.

Book in Today

We only work with a handful of clients at any given time, so please give us plenty of notice before you book for dog walking, pet minding, or overnight pet boarding, especially during peak holiday times.

FAQs

What are your services?

We offer:

Dog walking – we collect your dog from your home and take it for a walk, for a duration of your choice. This can be at any frequency you choose, including multiple times per day.

Pet Minding – we come to your home and feed/play with your pets while you are at work, on holiday, or otherwise unable to take care of them yourself. This can be combined with dog walking in the case of dogs, or for cats and other animals we can spend time with them at your home as well as feeding them.

Pet Boarding – you drop your pet at our home and we care for it overnight, for as long as needed. This could be anything from one night up to a month or even more. While your pet is at our home we care for it as if it’s our own, with regular exercise, attention, and feeding.

What areas do you cover?

For dog walking and pet sitting (at your house), we can travel anywhere in the Bayside area, including Brighton, Hampton, Moorabbin, Sandringham, Black Rock, Cheltenham, and more. For our boarding service (at OUR house) our clients usually bring their dog to our home in Hampton East, but we can collect your pet for an additional charge.

Do you have insurance?

Yes we are fully insured in the unlikely event that anything should happen to your pet while in our care. We will discuss your preferences at the outset and get your instructions on how you would like to be notified and how/where you would like your pet treated in case of emergency.

How do you care for my pets at your house?

Sharon takes care of her clients’ dogs at her own home in Hampton East. Your dog is cared for alongside Sharon’s own dog, Lola, just as if it were part of our family. While staying with us your pet will receive food and exercise of your preferred variety and frequency.

How much does it cost?

Our fees vary depending on the time of year, size of animal, and other requirements. Our costs are on par with industry standards even though we offer a far more personalised service than most dog walking or pet boarding & minding businesses. We will provide a personalised quote when you make an enquiry or book in your pet for walking, minding, or boarding.

Do you offer "dog day care"?

No, we do not offer ad hoc dog day care at our home on a day by day basis. We can travel to your home to spend time with your pet and give it exercise and attention. If your pet is boarding with us it is of course looked after throughout the day.
